THE CUSTOMER’S NEED:

A compact hydraulic-electric swivel joint for a new hybrid-fuel earthmoving machine.
The design objective was to produce a versatile solution compatible with various fluids and high electrical loads.

OUR SOLUTION:

A swivel joint with various passages for hydraulic fluid and water, combined with an HiPO electrical slip ring with high-current, 1000V electrical contacts.
This product ensures unparalleled safety and reliability, with maintenance reduced to the minimum.

THE CUSTOMER’S NEED:

A hydraulic swivel joint for an underwater application.
The design objective was to develop a compact solution with a high degree of protection of hydraulic passages that would be suitable for periodic use in seawater.

OUR SOLUTION:

An ad hoc swivel joint with specific materials and opportune design features to ensure a high degree of internal protection.

THE CUSTOMER’S NEED:

A hydraulic and electrical swivel joint for high hydraulic fluid flow, high electrical power, and contacts for fibre optics.
The design objective was to offer a unified, extremely compact, high quality solution.

OUR SOLUTION:

A swivel joint designed ad hoc with lower junction box, a swivel joint more than 3 metres long with an electrical slip ring designed for a number of 500 A contacts and fibre optics.

THE CUSTOMER’S NEED:

A hydraulic and electric swivel joint for the challenging application of drilling in muddy surfaces.
The design objective was to offer an extremely reliable hydraulic swivel joint and with the greatest degree of protection possible.
A further complexity was the need for a central passage passing through both the hydraulic component and the electrical component.

OUR SOLUTION:

An ad hoc swivel joint with central hole through both devices providing IP69 protection.
