With 65 years of experience in the production of hydraulic swivel joints and electrical slip rings, we are able to design, test, and produce ad hoc components in special materials for particular applications.
Furthermore, we also handle finishes, painting, and surface treatments directly at our facility depending on customer specifications and on the basis of performance results during the experimentation phase. The result has to be excellent in all respects, including aesthetics. This is why we dedicate time and attention to every detail.

Before we put any new model into production we must be sure that it can stand up to any condition of use without failure or malfunctions, while fully compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
Our in-house testing laboratory is equipped for all simulations and tests necessary for national and EU approval, providing complete reports on prototype performance.

CLEANLINESS ASSESSMENT
of the hydraulic swivel joint per standard ISO 16232.

DESTRUCTIVE TESTING
of the hydraulic swivel joint to determining the maximum possible operating pressures for the passages.
3.
DIELECTRIC STRENGTH (2500 V), INSULATION (500 V), AND ELECTRICAL RESISTANCE TESTS
of slip ring contacts.

CURRENT AND THERMAL TESTS
of the electrical slip ring (with detailed report of internal temperatures under different conditions of use).
5.
PERFORMANCE TESTING
of the electrical slip ring regarding IP protection, vibration, and performance down to a temperature of -40°C (-40°F).

CALCULATION OF MTTFd
(for hydraulic swivel joint and electrical slip ring) and validation per standard ISO 13849-1.
